One level in Kafka’s BROKER_LOGGER vocabulary.

The order is the log4j2 one, least verbose first, so Trace > Info.

kafka_name is the uppercase name Kafka puts on the wire, and from_kafka_name parses a BROKER_LOGGER config value. Kafka tests the value against a Set<String> of uppercase names, so a lowercase info is rejected there and is rejected here.
