Module versioned 

Versioned key-value store (KIP-889).

Each key maps to a chain of versions keyed by validFrom, in epoch millis. A version’s value is Some when live and None for a tombstone. get returns the latest version. get_as_of(t) returns the version valid at t. The store expires history older than history_retention, measured from the max observed timestamp.

Changelog format (KIP-889 / JVM-exact):

• Changelog KEY = raw key bytes.
• Changelog VALUE = bare serialized value bytes (Some) or None (tombstone).
• The version timestamp lives in the Kafka RECORD timestamp field.
