Function encode_snapshot 

pub fn encode_snapshot(snapshot: &TaskSnapshot) -> Bytes

Encodes a task snapshot into the frozen container bytes.

The entries come out in ascending byte order of the store name, so the same snapshot always gives the same bytes.

Panics

Panics when a store name or a payload is longer than u32::MAX bytes.
