Module time_windowed_cogrouped 

TimeWindowedCogroupedStream<K, VOut>: the time-windowed KIP-150 cogroup.

CogroupedKStream::windowed_by(TimeWindows) builds it. The terminal aggregate_explicit produces a KTable<Windowed<K>, VOut> over a shared window store.
