KTable<K,V>: a materialized, changelog-backed table view.
A terminal aggregation (count/reduce/aggregate) or
StreamsBuilder::table produces a
KTable. KTable::to_stream converts it back to a KStream.
Each op records a logical node and a lowering thunk in the same style as
crate::dsl::kstream::KStream. The thunk rebuilds the parent handle from
LowerState, makes the typed Processor-API call, and records the resulting
node name. The materialized ops map_values and filter also register a
state store.
