KStream<K,V> handle and its stateless DSL ops.
Each op does three things. It mints a JVM-matching node name. It adds a
type-erased StatelessProcessor node to the logical graph with the right
key_changing_operation flag. It attaches a lowering thunk that makes the
typed Topology::add_processor call and records the resulting node name.
The thunk captures the op’s concrete K/V types and the user closure, so the
types are known statically inside the thunk even though the graph is
type-erased.
