SubscribeAck

In explicit mode (SubscribeStart.auto_commit = false), offset is the delivered record offset being acknowledged. The gateway advances a contiguous per-topic-partition frontier and commits frontier + 1, so an ack above a gap cannot skip an unacknowledged record. Ack frames are ignored when auto_commit is true.
