Send a single-partition OffsetForLeaderEpoch request.

current_leader_epoch is the epoch the caller believes the partition is in, and the broker uses it for fencing. leader_epoch is the epoch the caller wants the end offset of.

Errors

Returns an error on transport or version-negotiation failure, or when the response does not contain the partition.
