Timestamp-scan selection and progress kernels.
Functions§
- earliest_
max_ timestamp_ index - Select the earliest occurrence of the maximum timestamp.
- first_
timestamp_ index - Select the first timestamp at or after
target. - first_
timestamp_ record_ index - First matching decoded record at or above the logical retention floor. A sparse byte read may start inside a batch that still contains discarded records; those records cannot satisfy the lookup.
- timestamp_
record_ coordinates - Compute one record’s absolute offset and timestamp without signed overflow.
- timestamp_
record_ time - Decode record time according to the batch timestamp type. Append time replaces producer fields entirely, including producer arithmetic overflow.
- timestamp_
scan_ next - Advance strictly past a decoded batch, rejecting malformed or stale bounds.
- timestamp_
scan_ window - Double a nonzero scan window with checked arithmetic.
