Like serve_admin_from_env_with with explicit profiling policy.

§Errors

Returns an error for invalid profiling configuration or listener failure.

§Panics

Panics when KRABKA_ADMIN_LISTEN_ADDR, or the fallback default_addr, is not a socket address. This behavior is the same as the default-compatible wrapper’s behavior.
