Fetch and verify one segment.

Errors

Returns RestoreError::TornCopy when a required artifact is absent, RestoreError::TruncatedSegment when the log ends inside a batch, RestoreError::ChecksumMismatch when a batch CRC disagrees with its body, and RestoreError::ObjectStore when a fetch fails.
