Module broker 

Generate the three broker reference pages.

The pages are the server config, from the FileConfig JSON schema, the topic configs whitelist, and the protocol API catalog.

Protocol API catalog: every Kafka API key the broker advertises to a client.

server_config_md

Server-config reference, rendered from the FileConfig JSON schema.

topic_configs_md

Topic-config reference: the AlterConfigs whitelist.
