Deletes the requested broker pod.

When leader_id is Some, this targets the pod whose ordinal matches that broker id. Otherwise it deletes the first matching pod, for backwards-compatible smoke runs. grace_period_seconds = 0 means SIGKILL.

Errors

Returns an error when input data is invalid, required I/O fails, or the destination rejects the generated report or audit event.
